León Dormido Finalizado. Limited Edition

Upon reaching the full maturity phase of Ron Viejo de Caldas, its precious essence is carefully transferred into barrels that previously contained Oloroso (Sherry) from Spain.

During this phase, it undergoes a final maturation, in which it absorbs refined nuances and aromas that come together and shape our latest limited special edition.

We call this process completed or, as in Spanish - Finalizado.
