Save the Date: Exclusive trip to Flanders with GastroJournal.

The readers' trip from 29 September to 2 October 2024 highlights the Flemish region of Belgium and is aimed at restaurateurs, hoteliers and tourism professionals.

Flanders in Belgium is a centre of indulgence within the Benelux countries. The Trappist beers are among the best in the world and moules frites are considered a Belgian national dish. A GastroJournal readers' trip now takes you to this region, which is still little known in Switzerland. You will encounter the Belgian coast and crab fishermen, the Dierendonck butcher's, a beer hike, exciting catering concepts and a tasting session in a brewery. The cities of Ghent and Antwerp take centre stage.

The trip takes place from 29 September to 2 October 2024 - travelling in a comfortable coach from several locations in Switzerland. The trip will be accompanied by GastroJournal editor-in-chief Reto E. Wild, who has already travelled to the region several times.

The exact programme, price, number of participants and registration options will be announced at a later date. It is important to block these dates in your diary. If you wish, you can also make a pre-booking at reto.wild@gastrojournal.ch.
