The lighthouse edition is out!

Together with the Easter edition of GastroJournal, the special edition with lighthouse projects from the catering, hotel and tourism industries is being published today.

In the 12/13 issue of 21 March 2024, the editorial team of GastroJournal presents a supplement for the first time with showcase projects and positive stories from the catering, hotel and tourism industries. The focus is on new working models, concepts and measures to combat the labour shortage and many more - a collection full of positive examples from the industry.
